Feeling a bit restless for the last two days.

Mind is still in Augustcon, Goa. It doesn't usually happen that I say I'll come but I didn't go, but this time I was a bit unshakable. The five of us were going to go, all of a sudden could not make it to Goa was cancelled but my mind had gone there long ago.

Respected Doctor Ashutosh Nanal Sir and Doctor Mrs. Nanal Madam means two fast personalities. I like them with all my heart. Always there to help. Learn from this family how much hard it takes to organize a quality program. In that too this time, programme in Goa is somewhere else other than Karmabhoomi. But that too by inaugurating with the auspicious hands of the Chief Minister there and in the presence of the veterans of Ayurveda, he conducted a program that suits the Nanal tradition. There is really less appreciation to be appreciated, I am a little regret that I could not attend. Great to see Parvez and team doing great as always.

Many of our friends and students who were giving updates about the program from time to time. Not by body but by mind, I have definitely attended this ceremony at this time.

Such programs attract new generation children to Ayurveda, create an ideal.
